Reminders of Christmas Joy & Peace
I still remember the joy that I felt as a child.
Our Christmas Eve church service was over, and we were driving home to open presents! The five-minute drive from church to our home was filled with excitement, wonder, and joy. Christmas was here!

Free Seminar on Jan. 19
The Mission Advancement Office is bringing a financial and a legal expert to FVL for a series of free informational seminars.
The January 19 event will cover retirement planning. Learn how the money you earn now can best offer you a secure future.

Veterans Day
FVL's annual observance of Veterans Day was held on November 11. Rev. Brad Krause led the service, and guest speaker, Lt Col Matt Clausen (class of '92), gave a presentation on his service with the United States Air Force.
Student Council members served breakfast to attendees.
Christmas Parade
Did you happen to catch the 51st annual Appleton Christmas Parade on November 22? FVL and FVL Schools were promotional sponsors of the event for the 8th straight year. This has been an excellent opportunity to share the ministry of our schools with viewers across NE Wisconsin. If you missed it, keep an eye out for rebroadcasts on WFRV. Watch for our commercials and representatives as we celebrate the birth of Jesus, the Savior of the world.
