Friends Dinner 2022

FVL's Friends Dinner, held October 19, focused on the school's impact on the future of WELS ministry. Attendees heard from alumni and called worker Kelli (Doell) Wallander (Class of 2013) and Jeremiah Wallander (Class of 2015), who will complete his Seminary studies in May.

Heart of a Servant Recipients

Also, FVL's annual Heart of a Servant recipients were announced.

  • The Leader of the Past award honored William (Bill) and Anne Lemke, and was accepted by daughters, Karen and Allyson.
  • The Called Worker award went to Ken and Joann Kasten.
  • The Leader of Today award went to "Butch" and Marny Prillwitz.

Guess Who?

Guests became acquainted with some new FVL faculty by playing a trivia game.
